How much do you charge for shipping?
Standard shipping to anywhere in Australia is AU$9.50. Orders from outside of Australia can now be made. All orders are shipped within 48hrs of receipt via registered Express Post courier if shipping overseas.
Please use an address where you will be available for delivery. If you are unavailable during the time of delivery a representative will leave a card for you detailing instructions on where you can go and pick up your order from the nearest Australia Post office, if in Australia.
When the returned merchandise is received by For you my Queen, you card account will be credited for the merchandise only.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The length of time it takes to ship your order is dependant on where you are located. For orders within Australia delivery will be between 3 and 4 working days for standard deliver. Overseas couriers state 3-5 working days.

No you can't place an order by phone or fax. To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, we recommend you make your purchase via the Shopping Basket on the For you my Queen website.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For you my Queen accepts MasterCard, Visa and Bankcard.. Remember, your credit card will only be charged once your purchase is shipped (never before that point). We do not accept cash, cheques or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.).
