These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the For You My Queen website. By placing an order through For you my Queen, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms, in addition to the Website Terms of Use. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms and the For You My Queen Site Terms of Use, you may not use For You My Queen. These Terms apply only to orders you place using the For You My Queen website.

Order Validation and Acceptance

Orders will be validated via an automated confirmation email. When you place an order through For You My Queen, we may verify your method of payment, shipping address before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the For You My Queen is an offer to purchase our products. For You My Queen may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by For You My Queen until the product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.

Quantity Limitations

For You My Queen may limit or cancel quantities available for purchase on any order on any basis, and to alter the availability or duration of any special offers at any time. For You My Queen may reject any order, or any part of an order.

Electronic Communication

When you place an order through the For You My Queen, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of back ordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that For you My Queen will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.

Product Display/Colours

For you My Queen attempts to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the Site. However because the colours you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, For you my Queen cannot guarantee that the colour you see matches the product colour.

Pricing and Product Information

For you my Queen makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to products, services, and prices displayed on the For you My Queen website, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Information relating to For you my Queen’s products is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to For you My Queens’s acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with For you my Queen, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, For you My Queen will issue a credit to your nominated acount in the amount of the charge.

Security and Privacy

For You My Queen follows the industry standard, Secure Sockets Layer protocol, "SSL," for the transfer of sensitive data over the internet. When entering your credit card number online, a "key-lock" icon will appear in the bottom right of your browser window. This icon is your confirmation that SSL has been activated for the transfer of your personal information. A second indication of SSL activation is that the displayed URL will begin with "https". For You My Queen does not hold credit card information.

Payment and Shipment

You may pay for your order one of the following major credit cards: Visa® and MasterCard® cards or Paypal. Orders placed before 6:00 p.m. Sydney, Australian time(+10), Monday through Friday, will generally be processed and billed that day and shipped the following day. Orders placed after 6:00 p.m. Sydney, Australian time(+10), Monday through Friday, or on weekends, will generally be processed and billed the following day, and will generally be shipped the day after processing. In most cases, your credit card will not be charged if For you my Queen declines to accept your order. If your card has been charged, For you my Queen will process a refund. In the event your shipment will be delayed more than ten (10) business days after the date of your order, For you my Queen will attempt to notify you by e-mail, using the e-mail address you provided, and you may elect to cancel the order. If you elect to cancel the order, For you my Queen will issue a refund. For you my Queen does not hold credit card information.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling charges cost $9.50 anywhere in Australia. Generally, all orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. For delivery in Australia, in order to receive a product on the next 4-5 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national public holidays. Some remote locations within Australia might take 5-6 business days, depending on destination.

Sales Tax

For you my Queen collects and remits GST taxes as required by law on purchases made via the Website.

Returns Policies

Lingerie

If you would like to return an item to us, please contact us within 14 days to let us know you will be returning the item. All items that are sent back MUST be posted via registered post. Any item that is not sent via registered post and goes missing in the post will not be credited. You must email us with your name and details prior to returning goods and goods must be received within a 20 day period to be applicable for refund/exchange.

We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered (not including Sale items), we will exchange them or give you a full refund for the items, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.

*Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. However, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery. All replacement items are shipped via standard delivery.

Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.

Jewellery, Fascinators, make-up compacts and accessories.
